sadly its boom or bust for us and hes a key figure.

I feel bad when we dont do so well and Ennis becomes "the reason" we dont have bobby ryan and people jump all over him.

I think 20/40 should be a reasonable expectation for this guy. Anything less would be a real dissapointment. I think he has the potential to be that 30/50 guy we need.

He can be what Briere was to this team, and Danny only had 1 60+ assist season (06-07). Briere has never been able to reproduce that season (95 points). 20 G and 40 A would be great for Ennis

Not sure why everyone thinks his hot streak over the last 20 games of the season was a fluke. I think he's going to pick right up where he left off and continue to develop. He does remind me of a younger version of Briere. I'd say 20-25 goals and 35-40 assists sounds about right and would be a great season for him.

Not even Briere can do that. I'll judge him more on his wingers production that his +/-. That being said, it would be nice if he was a plus player.

If we can have a bunch of 20 goals scorers on this team it will be like 06-07 all over again. We had 7 with 19 G or more. 3 of those were 30 and Vanek with 40.

Keep that Foligno/Ennis/Stafford line together and I'm sure 20/40 is possible.
I don't see a monster year from him, but if all 3 on that line could put in 20, we would be in a lot better shape this year than we were last year. Also, This is interesting hockey discussion. Way is Barf still getting hundreds of hits?
